Core Lite is a comprehensive safety system designed to simplify personal security management. It provides users with essential tools to maintain awareness and respond effectively to potential risks in various situations.

Key features include location visibility for different scenarios such as social gatherings, adventure activities, and solo travel. The system enables users to manage their safety plans at specific locations, share real-time location data, and signal for assistance when needed. It offers intuitive responses to unplanned events through clear, actionable information and allows users to live-share their location in a discreet manner.

Location Management allows users to create detailed safety plans associated with particular locations. Upon arrival, the application can automatically share these plans via SMS with designated contacts. Recipients can view the user's whereabouts, companions, duration of stay, and the precise location on a map.

The Help Alert feature facilitates rapid assistance by sharing live location data and safety information with selected contacts and emergency services (where supported). This includes the user’s name, phone number, current location, active safety plan details, and device status such as battery level and altitude.

Auto Help Activation ensures prompt response in situations where the user is unresponsive or unable to leave a location. If no interaction occurs within the predetermined safety timer plus six minutes, the system automatically triggers an alert to contacts and emergency services.

The Guidance Knowledge Base offers targeted advice for handling various emergencies, from vehicle breakdowns to active shooter scenarios, serving as a reference for proactive prevention and response.

Location Sharing functionality allows users to give and receive reassurance about their whereabouts through different sharing modes:

• Live Now: Share for a specified period.
• Live to Destination: Share until reaching a specific destination.
• Live Loop: Share ongoing routes such as running tracks.
• Share a Location: Post static points with optional comments.

The system also includes a Severe Weather Alert feature (US only), notifying users of imminent serious weather events during location sharing or live updates so they can take appropriate precautions.

Privacy considerations are prioritized by ensuring location data is only visible to selected contacts when necessary. The design emphasizes minimal interaction, allowing users to focus on their activities without frequent app engagement.
